Kristi-Lynn Mitchell RMT
Kristi-Lynn has 15 years experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, and has studied Orthopedic Massage continually throughout her career. In 2013 she began her teaching career as a TA at Mount Royal University, aiding in Orthopedic Assessment courses as well as Advanced Massage Technique courses. In 2017 she began teaching classes at Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in the Massage Program. These classes included Advanced Massage Techniques, Orthopedic Assessment and Applied Kinesiology. Kristi-Lynn enjoys mentoring other therapists, helping them discover the profound results possible with Orthopedic Massage, as well as aiding them in developing their practice. In 2022 Kristi-Lynn opened Adapt Orthopedic Massage and Wellness to continue to share her passion for Orthopedic Massage, and to create a learning environment for therapists wishing to grow their practice in this way.
