Initial Appointment
Each new client at Adapt Orthopedic Massage and Wellness undergoes a thorough assessment to create a customized treatment protocol that best suits their concerns. This means that the first appointment will include an assessment that will take approximately 30 minutes. This will be followed by approximately 30 minutes of massage to start to reduce the client’s discomfort. Please know these times may vary depending on your particular case. Initial appointments are 110.00 including GST. PLEASE NOTE: Adapt Orthopedic Massage and Wellness does not directly bill to insurance companies, however, all of our therapists are registered and covered by all insurance companies. We will be happy to provide you will a detailed invoice will all of the information you require to submit.
Follow up Appointments
Once a client has undergone an assessment, each follow up treatment will be 60 minutes. The Majority of the 60 minutes will be Orthopedic Massage, however it may also include: A quick reassessment to see how you are progressing, learning new remedial exercises to help you progress further, faster, or even facilitated stretching if required. Each follow up appointment is 110.00 including GST.
